Barbados is a real coral island and one of the most diverse in the Caribbean, just 21 miles long with green rolling hillsides, pristine white sandy beaches and the capital Bridgetown lying in the south of the island.
St Lucia is an island of diversity, with a quiet and mountainous South and South West which contrasts sharply with the North where all the action is.
